Two English-inspired homes fill a corner lot and share a private courtyard between. The steep pitched roofs feature dormers and dominant gable ends to reinforce the traditional character of the exterior. Stone banding and medallions below the sills of the second floor provide additional character to the houses. Interior stairwells traverse the four levels of the house and are well illuminated with skylights. Baseboard, crown, window and door casings are integrated into a unified panel system to provide traditionally inspired detail with a contemporary twist.
