BBA Associate Jack McGowan combined his lifelong passion for drawing and building with a strong interest in technology, making architecture the ideal field to merge his creativity and technical skills. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jack has a passion for residential design and finds working directly with clients to help them create their dream homes especially rewarding. He graduated from the University at Buffalo, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2022, followed by a Master of Architecture in 2024.

Jack appreciates BBA’s unique approach to the design process and enjoys putting his 3D modeling and rendering skills to good use, creating visuals that allow clients to see how their ideas will translate to reality. The time and care the team invests in understanding client needs and translating them into thoughtful, well-crafted designs is what initially drew Jack to BBA. The firm’s attention to detail during construction, and its commitment to design extraordinary spaces resonates with his own goal of building a final product that lives up to each client’s dream.

Looking ahead, Jack is working toward becoming a licensed architect and is excited to expand his experience through BBA’s diverse projects, specifically gaining more exposure to construction. Outside of work, Jack is an avid photographer, golfer, and sports fan (Go Bills!). He also enjoys jetskiing and has a personal goal to travel to all 50 states with his family.
