Junior Architect

Requirements of Role:

• 0-4 years (Include summer or co-op) of experience working on luxury homes of exceptional quality.
• NCARB accredited degree in Architecture
• Planning to qualify for NCARB exams.
• Experience using Vectorworks, and Sketch-up is a plus.
• Exhibit behavior consistent with our core values.

Major Responsibilities of this role:

• Produce project documentation at the direction of the Project Leader or project principal.
• Follows drafting protocols as prescribed by the Director of Production.
• Field measure and produce documents of existing buildings.
• Ask questions.
• Be in active pursuit of Architect Licensure. 
• Assists in maintenance of material library.
• Takes Part in team building and education activities.
• Takes on occasional facility tasks as assigned by Operations Manager or requested by Principals (Owners or Managing Owner).
