Sophisticated Suburban
This large parcel in the northern suburbs provided a blank canvas for BBA to create a new family home and active site amenities, such as a basement golf simulator, in-ground swimming pool and sport court. The design process has explored plan options that allow for flexible and functional rooms to allow for any social gathering or family activity.
The center of the plan houses a double-height living room and the vertical stacks of clad windows bring light and views through the building. The balanced facade is clad with water-struck brick imported from Denmark and the entire roof is designed with the Tesla photo-voltaic solar shingle.
