CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
During the construction phase, our team is available to provide clarity, review submittals and samples, and be available to consult on any unforeseen conditions that arise. All construction projects experience some form of challenge. By fostering active communication between all of the stake-holders, we can perform walk-through inspections upon request at milestone periods, or we can run weekly coordination meetings with the GC, owners, and all significant sub-contractors. No matter what level of involvement you request, or goal is always the same. We seek to be pro-active, anticipating potential construction issues and resolving them before they become problematic.
