Record Existing Conditions
When renovating, remodeling, or building an addition, our team provides thorough existing condition assessments. When building drawings exist, we can use them and will verify their accuracy. If not, we send our team to fully measure, photograph, and draw your building in CAD software that can be used by us, or other design professionals as a basis for ongoing design and construction estimating. Concurrently, we contact your local municipality to understand the bulk, height, and density rules that apply to your property. In this way, we know the limitations of the typical process, or when you may want to ask for some form of zoning relief.
