We guided our client through the challenges of reconfiguring a 1960’s high-rise apartment to appeal to a contemporary buyer. The kitchen was united with the living space and enhanced to include a large island with a breakfast bar. The configuration was also streamlined to create an attractive backdrop to the lake view. The bath were reconfigured and enhanced and re-appointed with contemporary finishes.
