North Center Craftsman is Delivered

Gary Beyerl on Mar 09, 2020

Our North Center Craftsman Home was delivered to the owners over the winter, and they are now settling into the new family house, and enjoying their Chicago neighborhood.

The goal of the project was to create a light filled home, on a corner lot, while maximizing the back yard recreational space. The round breakfast room bay, and window filled stair hall have proven to be real show stoppers. The craft of the home however, is what makes it special. The exterior carpentry details are rich, and the home’s interior includes over seven miles of running trim profiles.

This home included a full scope of services from bba Architects. We provided a Zoning Relief process , Building Design, Architectural Interiors, all the way through Contract Documents and Construction Administration.

Look for a full feature portfolio page in the near future. Until then, enjoy these views taken as the home was reaching completion.
